To get QuickSupport from Computer Insights follow these 3 simple steps:

STEP 1 : Download the correct QuickSupport Software from below


Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8


Mac OSX 10.4+, Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks


All common linux distributions

STEP 2: Run the downloaded file to view a window similar to one of these

STEP 3: Contact a Computer Insights Customer Service Rep
  • Contact Computer Insights at (800) 539-1233 and ask for a customer service representative.
  • Once you have the customer service rep on the phone, simply inform them that your having some issues and that you would like to get some remote desktop assistance.
  • The service rep will need you to tell them your ID number (and password if it is visible).
  • The qualified staff at Computer Insights will now be able to take control of your desktop and solve any issues you might be having!
